Last Day...Finally!!!
Finally!!!!! School is out. I started sprinting to the finish way too soon this year. It seemed like the school year just kept going on and on and on. When the big day did finally arrive we made it as fun as possible. At the end of the day we had a party with two families that go to our school. The kids had a blast.

Fantastic Four-Wheeling
Our stake president is probably one of the most generous people I know. He has a sincere love and interest in every person in this stake and has a way of making everyone he comes in contact with feel loved. His son is heading to my mission in June (Manila, Philippines) and so we went up to their house to talk about the Philippines and ended up on their four wheelers for a couple of hours. You'd have thought that the kids had died and gone to heaven!! It was the talk of our house for days afterwards. They also let the kids ride the horse, fed us a great BBQ meal and had us all roasting marshmallows out in their yard. I want to be like this family, generous with all I have and eager to serve others. It was the perfect day.
Here is Lady K with her dad. She was so worried when she first saw that we were going to ride 4-wheelers that she started crying. After watching for about 10 minutes she decided to get on one and after that she couldn't get enough.
Mr. M driving a 4-wheeler for the first time with President Hopkins on the back.
J Man was all excited about the 4-wheelers until someone offered him a ride. He eventually relaxed and had a great time riding around. This is Tommy, Pres. Hopkins' son-in-law.
Little L was our most adventurous one. She kept wanting to go faster and to jump the road. Jesse (the soon to be missionary) was her favorite driver.
Baby R had no fear. She may turn out wild and crazy like her big sister. Look at this view they have from up on the hill their house is on. It is one of the prettiest locations I have ever visited.
