Rock Cliff Tri

The three oldest and Mom participated in a triathlon in June.  It was at Jordanelle reservoir in Utah.  The kids did a team (K-swim 800 meters, M-bike 14 miles, and L-run 3.1 miles.)  Mom raced with them so it was a fun first experience.  The kids did awesome and we hope to do one again next year!

Our first Sunday in Utah Aunt Jody and Uncle Trey invited us to their sweet pad for desert.  Aunt Cat and Uncle Doug came down to hang out with us.  It was so much fun to see their apt. and hang out with family!!

Big B would not settle down for me for a long time.  Uncle Doug walked in and in seconds had him asleep.  We named him the Baby Whisperer.

Our first stop in Utah (after crashing at Grandma Vance's) was Jordanelle reservoir.  Lady K and I practiced swimming for our triathlon and then we met up with Aunt Kim and our cute cousins and played on the beach.  It was a great day!!

Fathers' Day

Fathers' Day was so much fun this year!!  We did presents and had a great BBQ.  It was such a fun day and so fun to finally have our dad home!!  We missed him when he was gone on his work trips.  He decided to grow a beard to see if people at work would realize he is 38 not 26 so you will see the starting of this beard in these picts.

Garage Sale

Last Friday Little L and her friend decided to earn some money doing a garage sale.  They helped their moms go through and clean out their homes so that they would have items to sell.  It was a huge success and they earned a lot of money.  J Man and Baby R sold drinks and cookies an earned quite a bit too.  Great job you little business men and women!

Summer Party

We loaded up our van (16 passengers!) and drove to the closest reservoir for a summer party.  It was a fantastic day!!
