While we were at Leanne's house, Grandpa Baughman came down for lunch and a visit.  It was so much fun to sit on the porch and chat.  I love my grandpa so much.  Thanks for coming all that way to visit Grandpa!!

Crabbing

The kids' favorite adventure while in Oregon was going crabbing.  It was so much fun to go out on the boat with Layne and Jared and pull up the traps to see what they caught.  After crabbing we got to go out to eat at a fun restaurant.  It was the best day of all!!

J Man's 8th Birthday

While we were in Oregon J Man turned 8.  He got two cakes (one he made and one Wendy Davis made,) and a bunch of parties.  When he woke up there were decorations around the house and a bunch of balloons in his room.  Leanne and Layne treated them to a movie one day and bowling another day.  We also celebrated at the Davis home with a swimming party.  It was a great birthday for this boy.  He got a new bike, scout clothes, scriptures, a DVD and toys from friends.  What a great birthday!!

In July we went to Oregon to visit our friends that we left behind a year ago.  It was so fun to stay with the Jorgensens in their beautiful new home on the river!!  They were the perfect hosts and provided so much fun food and fun!!

My favorite memory of the whole trip, the night Leanne and I kayaked down the river together, just chatting and soaking in our surroundings.  I love that girl and my river!!
